All sales come with 12 month warranty covering manufacturing defects unless advertised differently. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. If the item is faulty, death on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period. If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a full refund (including shipping).

For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 365 days of receipt and accompanied with a packing slip.

Question: Can I exchange the "free filter" for an alternative product or discount ?
Answer: No, due to logistical problems it would not be practical for us so supply alternative products or offer further discounts. Example : If you buy one screen guard you will receive another guard free (this cannot be exchanged or substituted).
Question: Do you offer a postage discount for combined items?
Answer: We currently offer a small discount for multiple purchases of filters, please see each listing for specific pricing information.
Question: Do you offer "next day" delivery or can I collect my purchase from you?
Answer: Currently there is no "next day" service and strictly no collections – deliveries only.
Question: What happens if my purchase fails to arrive?
Answer: Every chance must be given for the postal services to deliver the item – busy periods such as Christmas especially. Products are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered to all Worldwide via International Airmail, this takes on average of five to fifteen working days to arrive and we are reliant on your local postal service once the goods have been dispatched, please be aware of this when ordering for special occasions such Christmas & birthdays.
