There are maybe 1 or 2 very minor scuffs. These are in great condition. You will be very happy with this phone. These phones have experienced normal "wear and tear" from regular use. Usually have a few scuffs and/or minor fading. No deep scratches, possibly very minor scratches. These phones have been used a lot. Heavy scuffing, considerable fading, and noticable scratches. Some have faded numbers and/or letters on the buttons. These phones have been used excessively. Major scuffing, deep scratching, major fading. Some phones have a cracked housing. Put a cover on them and nobody knows the difference. All items will be shipped within 24-48 hours upon payment. We strive for same day shipping...but sometimes it goes out the next day.
