About Our Testing: Our Guarantee This phone has been tested and is guaranteed to function per our standard testing process. We also guarantee the phone against being “Dead on Arrival”. No other guarantees are made for this product. If the phone has a problem on arrival other than the factors that we test for, that problem is not covered in our guarantee. In case of an item that is “Dead on Arrival”, the problem must be reported to us within 48 hours of buyer receipt of the product.
